Shipping
We ship within the EU and select international destinations via Venipak and UPS.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Venipak: 2–7 business days (Latvia & EU)
- UPS Standard: 5–10 business days
- UPS Express: 2–5 business days
Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Some medical and personal hygiene items are non-returnable
- To request a return, email lauma@laumamedical.com with your order details
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to defect or our error
- Refunds processed within 14 days after inspection, to original payment method
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us at lauma@laumamedical.com.
If the order has shipped, it must go through the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order info if you received a defective or wrong product.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
Customs & Import
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
We are not liable for customs delays.
